NEMT provides transportation for individuals who need medical care but do not require emergency medical services. This includes rides to and from medical appointments, therapy sessions, dialysis treatments, and other non-emergency medical needs.
You can schedule a ride by calling our customer service team at 470-861-4987, using our online booking portal, or through our mobile app (if available). Please provide the details of your pick-up location, destination, time, and any special requirements you may have (such as wheelchair assistance or medical equipment).
We recommend booking your ride at least 24 to 48 hours in advance to ensure availability. However, same-day bookings may be possible depending on availability, so please contact us as soon as possible.
Yes! You can book a ride on behalf of a family member, friend, or loved one. Just make sure you provide their correct personal and medical information when booking the ride.
Our drivers are trained to assist with getting you into the vehicle and ensuring your comfort during the ride. However, our services do not include providing medical assistance or accompanying you into your medical appointment. You should have a caregiver or family member accompany you if needed.
Yes! We offer wheelchair-accessible vehicles to accommodate individuals with mobility needs. When booking, please specify if you need a wheelchair-accessible vehicle so we can ensure availability.
The cost of our services depends on factors such as distance, type of vehicle, and any special requirements (e.g., wheelchair access). You will receive an estimate of the cost when booking the ride, and we accept payment via Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover card , Apple pay, Cash App and Debt Cards.
Some insurance plans, including Medicaid, may cover non-emergency medical transportation. We recommend contacting your insurance provider to confirm coverage before booking. We can assist you with verifying your insurance details when scheduling your ride.
You can cancel or reschedule your ride by contacting us at least 24 hrs before the scheduled pick-up time. Late cancellations may incur a cancellation fee. Please refer to our full Cancellation Policy for more details.
If you miss your scheduled pick-up, please contact us as soon as possible. We may be able to reschedule your ride, depending on availability. If you do not show up within 15 mins, you may incur a "no-show" fee.
While our drivers are not medical professionals, they are trained to handle non-emergency transportation safely. If you experience a medical emergency, the driver will immediately contact emergency medical services (EMS) to provide the necessary care.
Yes, you are welcome to bring a companion or family member with you during your ride. However, please let us know in advance if you plan to have a companion so we can ensure there is enough space in the vehicle.
Once you have booked your ride, you will receive a confirmation via [email, SMS, phone call, etc.]. This will include the details of your pick-up time, location, and vehicle information. If there are any changes to your ride, we will notify you promptly.
